What we collect
- When you email us: your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message, such as your company and role.
- When you visit the site: this site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely and protect it from attack.
How and why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together (our legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).
- To deliver services if you become a client (performance of a contract).
- To keep business records we are legally required to keep (legal obligation).
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as email and hosting providers and our accountant, or where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards are used.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months unless they lead to a working relationship. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
